Executing a proactive approach will significantly reduce the risk of slip and fall accidents by identifying, accessing, and prioritizing all areas of pedestrian walkways, stairways, handicap ramps, and building entrances and egresses.  Our risk management program then utilizes specialized sidewalk equipment and personnel at each property.  Prior to, during, and following a winter weather event, a highly-effective ice melt product will be applied to all surfaces.
